Happiness is all relative and you can’t go by the happy-go-lucky
sitcoms of the 1950s. Our health care technology is better, standard of
living has improved, overall in America and we’ve made some advances
in civil rights. But no matter what the times show, people can be happy
or unhappy. Happiness is more of an attitude and it is always good to read a
health blog or two if you get the time to see what other people are doing to stay healthy or simply, what they are doing to improve a bad situation or making a good situation that much better. Especially if you are an active person and getting to good habits like maybe a
paleo diet or some kind of regimented work out. Feeling good feels good.
