      Batman and health

Is it just me does Christian Bale go a little overboard in his Batman voice, does he know how to deal with stress? Because that is what the character's voice did for me.  I know we already talked about Dark Knight and his buddy omega 3 vitamins a few weeks ago, but something has been bugging me about the new Batman movie a bit What’s the deal with his voice? Don’t get me wrong, I think the movie was amazing. Well acted, directed, and written, a major accomplishment for a movie and a story that has been told many, many times.

      happiness is a warm hug

Happiness is all relative and you can’t go by the happy-go-lucky sitcoms of the 1950s. Our health care technology is better, standard of living has improved, overall in America and we’ve made some advances in civil rights. But no matter what the times show, people can be happy or unhappy. Happiness is more of an attitude and it is always good to read a health blog or two if you get the time to see what other people are doing to stay healthy or simply, what they are doing to improve a bad situation or making a good situation that much better. Especially if you are an active person and getting to good habits like maybe a paleo diet or some kind of regimented work out. Feeling good feels good.

      The crescant village

I will admit, the best multivitamin for me was a Clinton defeat especially all the nonsense that was coming out of her vitamin shoppe. Ok enough with the silly metaphors that clearly do not have washboard abs, here is what I really think. There was a time when I was so upset with Senator Clinton’s campaign tactics that I would not have trusted her to watch my dog let alone run my country. Time has allowed me to calm down and get some perspective so that I’m even at the point of being o.k. with her as the VP pick should Obama choose to do that. Her supporters will get there too–people should just give them time and space to do that instead of pushing them to fall in line right away.

      Now I can take charge!

Sometimes, I get so mad at everything. I just need to remember how to deal with stress. I take a deep breath. And then
I count to 10. At 7, even the biggest rage is reduced by half. At 5, by breathing steadies and I begin to focus better. By
the time I get to 2, I'm calm. And when I hit 1, I have to struggle to remember why I was mad. After that, it feels like I'm
floating on air. Not even a can of WD40 could take my smile away. The only thing I want to do at those moments is to
drink a glass of milk, and take the best multivitamin known to mankind. Soon after, I take a nap. And the bliss has never
      been finer.

      Events of the day

Why is the BANK so freaking hard to deal with? God it is like you are going to a complete nightmare of your own making. I know that it is one of those necessary things that we Americans unfortunately have to acquiesce to. It is that it seems like everyone on the end the month that goes to the bank has some sort of long winded issue that cannot be settled unless at least 3 of the workers assist this one guy. Now you have to go into damage control and really save your self from spontaneously com busting. It is not like the teller is  trying to explain to you how orac value works and how you should use it in your every day life.

So far the snow doth blow

Yes, the snow was coming down in my hometown of Chicago and all of my old friends were calling me asking how the weather was in the old city that I now reside in. I tell them that it is terrible out west, the weather is constantly in the upper sixties and the wind blow a soft breeze over me with a gentle smell of jasmine and I love every second of it. I do not think I shall ever be going back to visit the city where I am from. I might write them every so often, I might even place a phone call someone's way. I don't know sometimes I do get homesick and sometime I do feel like I miss the mid-west, the people there are a little nicer and they do tend to spend more time talking to each other. But on second thought I think I will keep the weather.
